On the property, you will find a little creek and an orchard of very young fruit trees (apples, pears, and peaches). Additionally, you might find blueberries, blackberries, and muscadines. Enjoy your coffee on the porch with the first sunbeams of the day. There’s a fire pit for bbq and s’mores. On a clear night, you can't beat the view of the stars in the night sky. You may even catch a glimpse of wildlife. There is a wildlife camera on the property when entering the driveway and a security camera on the front porch overlooking the patio and/or front porch. It worked well for our family of four. It seems to have a few childproofing features for those with little ones. It’s less than a mile from Devil’s Fork state park and it’s boat ramp. The driveway is steep, but there’s plenty of room at the top of the driveway to park a truck with a small boat trailer as long as you don’t pass the telephone pole (neighbor’s property beyond it, to the west).
