The half-pint is as cute in person as the pictures show! Easy walk to 3rd St with many dining options and a few tasting rooms as well. It was roomy enough for 2 adults to spread out! Cute little kitchen, sitting area and spacious bath bow stairs, large bedroom/living area upstairs. Also a cute balcony with sitting area amongst the trees. Charming! ##### Laurie L. Very easy to walk to restaurants, wine tasting rooms, and coffee shops. We stayed during the hottest part of mid-August, and the air conditioner managed to keep the place cool and comfortable. The only thing I didn't love was that the bed was quite squeaky. If one of us rolled over during the night, it usually woke the other one up. ##### Andrew T. After getting used to rental disappointments, this pint-sized gem was a pleasant surprise. It was clean, comfortable, very well stocked with lots of extras supplied, well maintained and so very cute! It was also within walking distance to restaurants and nightlife on 3rd Street. We were only there two nights, but wish we could have stayed longer. The only thing to note for older renters may be the narrow stairs to the bedroom/sitting area. If looking to stay in this area again, we would definitely rent here again :) ##### Leslie R. This property is easily the #1 in its price-range for its location. Extremely clean & comfortable. The stairs are pretty steep and on the narrow side so anyone with mobility issues should consider another property, it’s definitely not wheelchair friendly. With that aside, my wife and I loved our stay and will definitely be staying there again. ##### Terry F.
