This thoughtfully updated duplex features brand-new furnishings and décor throughout, creating a bright, inviting space that feels like home from the moment you arrive.



    The fully fenced backyard is ideal for kids to play, pets to roam, or simply enjoying your morning coffee on the covered patio while listening to the birds overhead.



    We’re excited to host you and hope your stay is full of fun and great memories. To keep things peaceful for our wonderful neighbors, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. During this time, please stay indoors with windows and doors closed, and keep noise at a comfortable indoor level. The home includes a noise‑monitoring system that measures volume only—it simply helps us ensure the neighborhood stays calm and enjoyable for everyone. Thanks for helping us keep this a welcoming place for all guests.



    PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

While the property has been updated and would have been a nice place to getaway, unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience. The garbage cans were in front of the garage and were overflowing with rancid garbage and flies swarming. When we entered the property, there were hundreds of flying insects (like fruit flies) in every room, dead flies on the floor, crumbs on the kitchen floor, and sheets in one bedroom that appeared to have been slept on. We contacted the property manager and proceeded to spend the next nearly 24 hours killing the insects by the dozens, all without the property managers providing resolution. We reaching out several times during our stay, and included photos, and gave them every opportunity to find resolution or offer some type of compensation for the miserable experience, but the best they said they would do is offer a discount on a future stay and that was not offered until after our stay had concluded. We aren't complainers and always leave favorable reviews (and have also been reviewed favorably by other hosts) but we can not in good conscience leave a favorable review given our miserable experience. Being on bug patrol diminished the experience during our weekend getaway. We also were unable to access VRBO customer service or Expedia during our challenging stay.
