"I am writing this review regarding an experience my family had during our stay in room 132 at your hotel this past weekend. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. When we first entered the room, there was a strong stagnant and stale smell. We turned on the air conditioning and opened the window to improve the airflow, assuming the room may have simply been closed up for some time. Additionally, the bathroom door would not close properly. After we had all showered and walked around the room barefoot, our feet became completely dirty — as if we had been walking outside; it was disgusting. Please see the attached photos. Mine were even worse, but I had to clean them before bed because they were so dirty. To make matters worse, when I opened the bathroom window, I found a piece of used gum as well as black mold. The following morning, we went expecting the advertised breakfast. However, when I asked the front desk about it, we were only offered a granola bar and coffee. That is not what most families, especially those traveling with children, would consider breakfast. It felt very misleading, as the included breakfast was one of the reasons we chose to stay at your hotel. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and I wanted to bring these concerns to your attention."

"Our room had a lot of noise as we were told it was the last room next to lobby. All night i could hear trucks, people, breakfast set up. However, staff was amazing Cleanliness was excellent. "

"Soaking tub was very nice. Bed was very comfortable but we're glad we brought our own pillows as the room's had no support as seems to be typical for hotels nowadays. Not enough light in the bedroom. Tile floor in the main room was sticky - we think it's the cleaning products because it didn’t appear dirty but it was still kind of ick, especially with bare feet. Wifi barely supported checking email. We didn't do the breakfast. That said, we felt very safe and the staff were lovely. The location is super convenient and we'll likely stay here again."

"I'm really disappointed by the Holiday Inn. I accidentally scheduled a room on the wrong date. When I realized my error, within the same day, I asked if I could update the date. I was told that I couldn't because I purchased a non-refundable price rate. There are many other hotel options and the next time I book, I will not use Holiday Inn."
