The best time to visit Salamir for pleasant weather and outdoor activities is generally from late spring to early autumn, specifically May to October. The summer months of July and August offer the warmest temperatures and the most sunshine, making them ideal for enjoying the beaches and coastal walks. This is also when the sea is at its warmest for swimming. While this period is popular, Salamir doesn't typically experience the same intense crowds as some other Spanish coastal destinations. For those who prefer slightly milder temperatures and fewer visitors, late spring (May and June) and early autumn (September and October) are excellent choices. During these months, the weather is still very agreeable for exploring the natural beauty of Asturias, from the Picos de Europa National Park to the charming fishing villages along the coast, without the peak summer bustle.
