Good location, and good price. Only issue was the walls are thin. You will hear loud talking in the rooms next to you, and loud noise in the hallways from other guests.

For a 3* hotel it will surprise you by the positive. Everything was spot clean, the staff was very friendly and polite. The restaurant served a really nice meal for a really good price. you will not be disappointed.

The room was a bit noisy due to the people next door who were unable to talk but had to shout. The receptionist was very good and spoke good english. The cutlery etc in the room was a bit of a miss match and there should have been 4 knives, spoons, etc but often there were 3! For an overnight stay it was fine and we will probably be back there in March.

A great idea but quality and comfort not the best
Situated a short walk from the historic centre, this property offers studio style rooms complete with kitchenette. We found it good to prepare breakfasts and some meals there. The equipment provided was adequate. Unfortunately the walls and ceilings of this property are very thin and every noise from above and sideways can be heard. Including from the corridor. Additionally the window in our room was broken. Despite the staff's efforts they couldn't fix it nor offer a change of room, so we had two nights listening to all the noise from the street and on the Monday morning from the school next door. We noted that the school classrooms, only 15 or so meters away can see directly into the room.

Salamanca hotel - good for self catering
This was a good hotel in a good location for us. We used the kitchen (well the microwave and kettle anyway) and could walk to the town centre quite easily. There is a supermarket nearby. Parking was good in the garage. I'd stay there again

Great value for money.
Amazing value room, nice quality and spacious. The hotel has all the essential facilities, but has a bizarre approach to car parking and check in. If this was less hassle it would be a 5 review, as the value for money is fantastic. 5-10 minutes walk and you are in the old town with great food

It was ok.
Hotel was dated and needed modernising. The room was big but would have preferred a double bed. The TV was on a wall at an angle that was not good if you wanted to watch it from the bed. There is no one on reception from 11pm - 10am. It was good value for money though.

Loved it - but.....
Really loved this hotel. Truly excellent in every way. Everything was perfect until we went out in the evening and came back late at night to find our breakfast had been left in the room! Toast Croissant Ham and Cheese on a worktop, not nice on a hot night. A change in Spanish Rules that evening had sent staff into panic mode as they wrongly thought they couldn't open for breakfast next day. Surely it would have been better to leave a note in the room explaining that breakfast would be delivered in the morning? Didn't like the fact that staff could enter our room at any time! Reception staff very apologetic. Hey ho, shame, but I would still recommend as it is a great hotel, comfortable, loads of amenities in the room (coffee maker, fridge, cutlery, crockery), great price, good parking, and right opposite the bus station so easy to get into the centre.

Good hotel with secure parking tight for wide cars
Stayed here for secure parking as I was travelling in a valuable and low sports car. The parking was good. Very secure with large parking spaces which was great but the entrance ramp has ticket machines making the entry and exit too narrow for my car (I was in a very wide car 1962mm so for most this will not be a problem). I got in but it was very tight and stressful. The Hotel location was great (10 minutes walk to town) but our room was a little tired with parts of the wall paper missing. Friendly staff and clean enough but this room is ready for a refurb.

Four small stars hotel
Overall it was ok. Very spacious, nice big bathtub, kitchenette, big window, nice staff. But some things need to be corrected: no night lamps for reading. No pot or pan ( need to pay more money if you want them), dining table and chairs are small, fit kids, not adults. Old TV set.

Lovely hotel near the coach station in Salamanca
The hotel is central to the University (15 minutes walk) and is surrounded with many local restaurants and shops. The rooms have a microwave, cutlery, cups, glasses and a fridge. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. The beds are huge and mattresses comfortable and there is air con and a safe (free). I will be going back again. I did not use the restaurant as I was out most afternoons and evenings sightseeing. So I eat out., but they do provide breakfast and lunch for a small charge.

Pleasing 17 days stay
We had a 17 nights stay at this hotel. We chose it because of the kitchen in the room and its closeness to the Bus Terminal (it's just across the street). The town market (fruit, veggies, fish and meats) and bakery are around the corner and there are several supermarkets, drugstore, newsstands, shoe stores, beauty salon at a walking distance. The room is clean, big enough for 2 people, well kept, big enough closet and TV (not many channels), kitchen has basic equipment, the artificial lighting and internet connection WiFi in the room are poor. Hot water and pressure are excellent, air conditioner (heat) worked fine. Food at the restaurant is very good and pricy but you can have good tapas and drinks at the bar at a fair price.

Good - but poorly equiped for self catering
We (middle aged couple) stayed here for 2 nights - in general were very happy with what we got for the price. There is a car park (12 Euro per 24hr) but we managed to park for free on a nearby road. About a 10-15 min walk to town centre (not much in locality of hotel except a good supermarket). The room was a good size in reasonable (though dull) decour. Only real issue was that it is poorly equipped for self-catering - no kettle/coffee machine (we asked at helpful reception but was told to boil water in saucepan). Usual cutlery - but no kitchen knives or chopping board.

Very Good Bargain is Pleasant Walk to Downtown
We had a family of four - two adults and two children (5 and 7). We stayed one night. They have a parking garage with ample street parking. We parked in front of the entrance on the street. Reception was very friendly and helpful, spoke very good English, and was very fast. The hotel is modern and clean. We had a quadruple room. It was one large room set up with two double beds, a bathroom, and a kitchen. It was the smallest apartment-hotel room that we stayed in during our trip but was big enough for the four of us for one night. There were no problems. We walked to downtown which was a pleasant/safe walk of about 20 minutes. The bus station is very close as are a number of restaurants and shops - fruit/vegetables/meat at a market in the bus station. There is a also a small grocery nearby. We picked up sandwiches at a restaurant near the hotel on our way to downtown. On the way back, we ate dinner at the same restaurant. The next morning, we ate breakfast at a restaurant in the bus station. The hotel was easy to drive to and find. The price was great. Definitely a value. We'd stay there again.

Todo bien pero cuando llegué y pese q había avisado no había nadie en recepción. No había timbre ni teléfono al que llamar. Llamé al del hotel que aparecía en la reserva pero sonó el teléfono que tenía al lado yo en la cabina de recepción donde obviamente no han nadie. Apareció al de 5 minutos, que llegando a medianoche se hacen largos. Lo cuento para que en el hotel consideren dejar un móvil o similar para que si se tienen que ausentar y dejan recepción vacía haya forma de contactarles. O un timbre
