Amazing Property!

I went with a group of 16 and we had an amazing stay! It is located on a quiet street about 5 minutes from town. We had a handful of out of town folks who were driving in the dark and they found the house with ease. The place was very clean with plenty of room for our entire group. The host, Amy was quick to respond and made sure we were in complete comfort during our stay! I highly recommend and would easily stay here again!

There were some problems but most were taken care of. One bedroom was not able to be used because of water leakage from above bathroom. The sitting room became a bedroom at night. The view was very nice and did see some deer. Also convenient to the different activities that we went to. Thanks for the quick responses to our calls.

Annual Family Ski trip.

Ellicotville Chalet was the perfect place for our family trip. The house was spacious and easily accommodated our party of 14. The location was perfect, only a very short drive to Holiday Valley Resort. The only reason I marked a 4 for cleanliness was because we had to wash the pans, cups and silverware before we used them because they had food on them or were dirty. The same with the stove. The floors were a little messy and the fireplace had ashes and the ash bucket was filled to the rim. Other than those few things, it is a great place. We will definitely book again if we return to Holiday Valley. Book with confidence.

Nice Place To Stay

The property is really nice. It was clean and big and had Peacock which allowed my family to watch the Olympics each night after out adventures. There's a GIANT L shaped couch that fit 10 of us easily and comfortably. Plenty of room to hang out on the wrap around porch (we played cornhole on it too). My niece likes nature so even though we were TOLD there are no fish in the pond she caught some baby Bluegill with a net :) The only downside for some of our family was there is only air conditioning in the main living space and the loft. Would be great to have it in each of the individual rooms. Thanks for a great stay!
