Excellente ubicacion del hotel y desde su terraza puedes observar las erupciones del Volcan de Fuego.
El staff excelente , muy amables y atentos, nos ayudaron en todo momento.
Ademas nos ayudaron agendar nuestro transporte hacia otros lugares turisticos.
Se ofrecieron a cuidar de nuestro equipaje (aun cuando ya habia terminado la reservacion) mientras recorriamos otros lugares y asi evitamos llevarlo todo.
Por supuesto que me hospedare ahi en mi proximo regreso!

The most relaxing part of my stay’ the staff was very informative and helpful. After the massage they brought me tea and I was able to relax by the fireplace. Looking forward to returning with my family.
