The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I spent time in two rooms but in one of the rooms (on the 7th floor) there were lots of noises like the walls were thin and I could hear the plumbing or something (I didn’t experience that on the 3rd floor).

"The facility is clean, and this should be the norm in all hotels, but the staff are the real stars of the operation.
