Staff were amazing, always willing to go above and beyond to support and assist to make our stay comfortable. We were upgraded from the standard room to the corner room and it made the world of a difference with a baby as the extra space really helped. The room was fully stocked and clean. The hotel was super pretty especially the cafe! Pool never got too busy so it was pretty relaxed. The location is brilliant, 5 min walk from the beach and 5 min walk away from the main food strip. Lovely big clean room , everything you need , you are abit far from places but the room does make up for it & there are taxi buttons outside the hotel so it’s not too bad & there is a couple of supermarkets , a chemist and some places for food outside round the corner within a few minutes walking distance, our booking came with a free continental breakfast, we chose not to have it and ventured out instead, cleaning staff are lovely & the reception staff are very helpful if you have any needs or...

Quick check-in, no upgrades. The room is normal spacious, large balcony but no light at night. Good swimming pools and great kids club. Food - small choice, ate almost every day the same thing. There was a huge lack of waiters, for spoons and forks we went by ourselves, sometimes we even took the plates ourselves. There was not much fruit and vegetables and if there were any, they were not tasty. There were queues everywhere, for food, for alcohol, for ice cream (sometimes 5-10 minutes). Great...

Stayed here with family and must say this hotel did not disappoint. Rooms are clean and are well maintained. All the staff are very helpful especially Mert who went out his way to help us and advise on attractions as well as calling taxis for us and directing them on our behalf. If you need anything at all you just need to ask and these guys will be happy to help. Made my first trip to turkey hassle free and enjoyable.
