Lovely hotel and staff. The room was immaculate and featured brilliant amenities such as a king sized bed, waterfall shower head and coffee machine. Would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Bordeaux. A 5* experience!

Nice beds, very comfortable, great bathroom, hotel was quiet. Beware there are 2 sites to this hotel which was not made clear. No lobby or bar. Great location but mixed service. Don’t bother with breakfast. It’s a rip off - 20 euros per person for tired continental fare and a thoroughly overcooked, tepid bacon & eggs and cold coffee.

The building and interior design is beautiful. Within walking distance to Citi Du Vin but a longer walk to main parts of Bordeaux. Staff are very polite and helpful but also quite often forgot our orders

"The room was not the best, bathroom required renovation and in general service could be improved, in fact we stayed for 2 nights and nobody cleaned our room after the first day... we returned in our room around midnight and we found it as it was at 10 am"
