We’ve stayed at this hotel before and we love everything about it- the friendly and knowledgeable staff, the cleanliness of contemporary rooms, beautiful breakfast, super location, relaxed and cosy atmosphere in the veranda with free herbal tea and apples by the fireplace), thank you very much. Check in was poor. They sent message not received. Spent 1.5hr sat on pavement before finally communicating and letting ourselves in. No ability to get any food. Had to find take away. No ac so room temp >30oC overnight. Little sleep Breakfest rudimentary. Staff un engaging

The house is very beautiful- however it has been totally bodged and feels unloved and badly maintained The two main problems were the dark green filthy pool and the 3rd bathroom being flooded and unusable The host asked us for a cash sum of €215 if we wanted sheets and
