Holiday Home 'Au Petit Touron Ste Nathalène' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

Located in Sainte-Nathalène in the heart of Périgord noir, this 90 sqm vacation home welcomes up to 6 guests in a beautifully restored barn on the 1st floor. You will find 2 bedrooms measuring 24 sqm and 27 sqm, accommodating a couple with 2 children in one room and a couple in the other, plus 2 bathrooms. The fully equipped private kitchen includes a refrigerator and microwave, while amenities feature WiFi suitable for video calls, TV, fan, washing machine, and dedicated workspace. Families can utilize the baby bed and highchair provided.



Step outside to your private garden where you can relax on both covered and uncovered terraces, perfect for enjoying meals prepared on your private grill.



Parking includes 3 shared spaces at the property and 1 shared garage spot. Pets are not permitted, and events are not allowed on the property.



Situated approximately 6 km from the medieval town of Sarlat-la-Canéda with its thousand treasures, hosts Cathy and Michel will gladly share their knowledge of Périgord and provide guidance on local attractions. Complimentary refreshments await your arrival. Please call 1 hour before arrival to confirm your arrival time. A cleaning deposit will be requested upon arrival and returned based on departure condition. Bed linens and towels are provided.

Accueil au top (les petits rafraichissement sont une agréable attention), Cathy et Michel sont d'une extrême gentillesse et de bons conseils. Le logement est propre et les chambres sont très bien agencées et équipées (literie de qualité, sanitaires pratiques, nombreux rangements...) La localisation est idéale, dans un écrin de verdure au calme mais proche de nombreux sites touristiques. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Pros: Excellent accueil pour nous et notre bambin, superbe literie, très bons produits. Seul bémol, l'espace commun séjour cuisine partagé avec une autre famille. Ces 3 personnes ne portant pas de masque, il avait été convenu avec Cathy la propriétaire qu'ils prendraient leur petit déj de 8h à 8h30 et nous de 8h30 à 9h. A 9h moins cinq, Cathy était encore en conversation sur les attractions touristiques avec cette famille, dans l'espace commun, et nous étions obligés d'attendre dans notre chambre. Un hébergeur devrait faire respecter les règles Covid et imposer les gestes barrières, c'est le minimum de respect envers le client.
