Zimmeraufteilung sehr gut. Wohnzimmer schön groß In Ausstattung muss investiert werden. Die Solarlichter an Eingangstreppe funktionieren nicht. Tüverschluss im unteren Schlafzimmer defekt. Die Plastik-Pool-Liegen (3) sind defekt. Es gibt nur 2 stark abgenutzte Auflagen. Sonnenschirm wäre schön gewesen. Küchenausstattung ist ok aber alt und bunt zusammengewürfelt. Ausstattung Studio muss komplett erneuert werden. Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber durchaus charmant. Ein Doppelzimmer im oberen Stockwerk ist nur für einen Einzelperson geeignet, da das Bett für zwei Personen zu schmal ist. Die Matratze in diesem Zimmer ist auch extrem durchgelegen.
