It is south facing, therefore it enjoys maximum sunshine and it has a large terrace with a table of 1.80m allowing to take meals for 4 facing the bay of Cavalaire and Cape Lardier

Lovely Little Apartment with wonderful views
I stayed for a week, in late May 2018, in this comfortable apartment with great views of the town beaches. Ideally situated as excellent restaurants below and surrounding the building. Short walk into town and Marina area where again some excellent restaurants and cafes. Also in a great situation to walk to the other beaches in the Golfe and if you are feeling more adventurous follow the walking trails into the Vineyards of Croix Valmer. Very convenient with regard to driving as close to exit roundabouts for Cavalaire which in the busier months will help avoid the town traffic if you want to head out on day trips. Wonderful balcony also. Michel and his wife were super hosts and I would highly recommend this apartment.

Absolutely fabulous.
The Studio being situated on the Promenade has magnificent views of the beach and port. The decor is stylish and beautiful, very clean, well equipped with comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Magnifiquement situé
Fonctionnel et superbement bien situé, cet appartement vous donnera l'opportunité de faire de belles promenades à pieds ou à vélo. A proximité du centre, on peut effectuer tous les déplacements facilement à pieds. Sa position centrale vous permettra de visiter divers centres d'intérêts (St Tropez, Bormes les mimosas, Ramatuelle, etc.) très aisément et rapidement en voiture. Bref, je recommande !
