C'est une résidence calme. Le bien est au premier et dernier étage sans accès pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. C'est un bien de type loft avec une mezzanine, clic clac dans la partie séjour, cuisine ouverte donnant sur un balcon terrasse. Le deuxième couchage est accessible par un escalier assez raide. La salle d'eau est à l'étage. Parking privatif gratuit. Climatisation. ! Par contre il faudrait prévenir le propriétaire de l'invasion par les fourmis (mortes et vivantes) provenant des boiseries du balcon qui tombaient même sur le lit par le vélux.
