Der örtliche Stand ist in 3 Minuten zu erreichen, ein großes Lebensmittelgeschäft ist in unter 1 Minute erreichbar und Restaurants sind ebenfalls in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Die Anlage ist komplett mit einem Zaun abgesichert und in unserem Fall war ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz dabei, was bei den warmen Temperaturen im Sommer sehr angenehm ist. Die Ferienwohnung ist klein aber fein, mit recht einfacher Einrichtung, einem Stockbett und einer sehr bequemen, ausklappbaren Couch. Die Küche ist mit einer Spülmaschine (Tabs werden bereitgestellt), zwei Herdplatten, Mikrowelle und einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach ausgestattet. Geschirr, Töpfe und Besteck sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das Bad ist klein aber mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und sauber. Im Wohn/Esszimmer ist eine Klimaanlage, die gut arbeitet, deren Temperatur aber nicht einstellbar war. Wir haben die Klimaanlage daher nur eingeschaltet, wenn wir nicht in der Wohnung waren.
