Echter: de eigenaar mag zeer dringend wel eens een aanzienlijke investering in het appartement doen. De badkamer ziet er uit als in elkaar geknutseld door een goedwillende amateur, de keuken vertoont zeer amateuristisch gerepareerd kitwerk aan de gootsteen en bevat een vaatwasser die niet schoonmaakt en een oven waarvan alleen de grill het doet (ook bij de "oven" stand!), zodat de croissantjes er zwartgeblakerd uit komen. De (losgekoppelde) magnetron hebben we maar niet meer geprobeerd. Al met al zaken waar je wel "omheen kunt leven", want alles is verder wel schoon, maar je mag toch verwachten dat aanwezige apparatuur goed functioneert en dat alles er een beetje toonbaar uit ziet. Kortom: dit appartement wordt gered door de locatie en het superterras. ##### A.H. ---
