Wir waren 10 Nächte im September in diesem sehr schönen Haus. Wir wurden von Pascal sehr herzlich empfangen und in alle Details des Hauses eingewiesen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer kleinen abgeschlossenen Domaine unweit des Strandes. Im Haus ist alles was für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt wird und ist in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Die Schlafzimmer lassen sich alle klimatisieren und sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Draußen befindet sich ein kleiner Planchagrill an einer kleinen Aussenküche. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und wird wöchentlich überprüft und gereinigt. Bei Fragen hat uns Karine umgehend schnell geantwortet und geholfen. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.Noch ein Tipp für die Vierbeiner: Ab Mitte September sind im Nachbarort Grimaud die Strände für Hunde geöffnet wodurch sich eine schöne Alternative zu den Hundestränden in St Maxime bietet

Sehr schönes Objekt in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem sehr schön gelegenen Ferienhaus. Es liegt in einer kleinen Anlage aus mehreren Objekten. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und gewachsen und bietet Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Der Pool ist gepflegt und hat eine ausreichende Größe. Es gibt einen Außengrill, den wir oft genutzt haben und neben einer Lounge Sitzgruppe auch noch einen Esstisch draußen, den man auch morgens und mittags dank der Markise gut nutzen kann. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen gepflegten Viertel und man kann zu Fuß zum Strand gehen. Ebenfalls befinden sich in der Nähe Tennisplätze, wo man gegen eine Gebühr spielen kann. Die Vermieterin (und eine Nachbarin vor Ort) waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und stets ansprechbar. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, aber eine Sache haben wir als großen Nachteil empfunden. Das Bett wird für 6 Personen angeboten. Es sind 2 Betten à 140cm vorhanden sowie ein Kinderstockbett. Das Stockbett ist für Kinder älter als 12 eigentlich kaum nutzbar und ein Doppelbett mit 140cm bietet 2 normal großen Erwachsenen leider keinen erholsamen Schlaf. Außerdem hätten wir einen Handtuchwechsel bei 10 Tagen Mietdauer gut gefunden.

Schönes Haus

Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund. Das Haus und der Garten waren bis auf das Bett toll. Das Bett ist für 2 Personen sehr klein. Da hatten wir nicht erholsame Nächte. Vom Haus aus kann mann nicht gut Spatzieren gehen mit dem Hund. Eir brauchten jeden Tag das Auto. Die 600 m zum Meer muss man der Hauptstrasse entlang laufen und da war jeder Strand mit Hunde Verboten. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.

Excellent Séjour

Nous avons passé deux semaines extraordinaires à Sainte Maxime. Mer, piscine, soleil étaient au rendez-vous. La maison est très fonctionnelle et très agréable pour des vacances. La piscine est top ! Plage de la Nartelle accessible à pied, un plus incontestable !
