Pool days beneath the palms, barbecues on the terrace and time together: Villa Rosa in Sainte-Maxime is your private holiday villa for families and groups of friends of up to 12 guests. A large tropical garden, secluded from outside view, and a peaceful setting in the private Domaine du Grand Souleyas give you space and privacy.

Your garden, your pool, your pace
The spacious saltwater pool is the heart of the garden. Sun loungers, daybeds and shady corners invite you to swim, read and unwind. Enjoy the large terrace, relax in the Beach House beside the pool or play a game on your own pétanque court. Several indoor and outdoor dining areas make shared breakfasts and long dinners easy.

Space to gather and retreat
Five bedrooms, each with a 160 cm wide double bed, and a sofa bed in the apartment living room accommodate up to 12 guests. The main house and separate apartment with its own kitchen offer both togetherness and privacy. With its bedroom and sofa bed, the apartment also suits a family of up to four. There are three bathrooms, one with a toilet, two indoor toilets in total, plus an outdoor toilet and shower. Air conditioning, fully equipped kitchens and comfortable living areas make you feel at home. Fresh bed linen and towels for everyone are included. A gas barbecue and a built-in charcoal barbecue are available.

Beach days and the Côte d’Azur
La Croisette beach is about a 900 m walk away, with beach clubs, bars and restaurants by the sea. Explore the old town and harbour of Sainte-Maxime, or take a trip to Saint-Tropez, Grimaud and Port Grimaud. Boat connections from Sainte-Maxime are another lovely way to visit Saint-Tropez.

Optional extras
Pool heating is available on request. Six bicycles, including five e-bikes, can be hired for an additional charge. A projector and screen for an open-air film evening in the Beach House are available on request against a deposit. We confirm availability and conditions in advance.
