GEEN ligbedden en de ligstoelen zijn versleten. Spiegel op slaapkamer is aan te bevelen. Buitenzijde, er is een huis afgebroken naast het pand en is nu een soort “parkeerplaats”. Auch die Ausstattung mit Pool, großem Wohnbereich und drei Schlafzimmern kann sich sehen lassen. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist schön angelegt, hat jedoch keinen Rasen, ist alles gepflastert. Parkmöglichkeit für zwei PKW ist vorhanden. Lage ist zentral und doch ruhig.
