A large, bright living area (living room/dining room) open to the terrace with its garden furniture, provided for you to make the most of the outdoor spaces (sun loungers, deckchairs, plancha, etc.).
A fully equipped independent kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.).
A master bedroom with a 180cm bed and its own private bathroom, with a balneo bathtub.

Come and relax around the salt-filtered swimming pool offering an open view of the Sainte-Maxime golf course.
Surrounded by greenery, this house and its recent outdoor spaces offer calm and serenity.

The house was completely renovated in 2022.

Bin oft in Sainte Maxime unterwegs.das Haus wäre super wenn es dann mal ein bisschen renoviert würde innen und außen (Grünanlagen gar nicht gepflegt,Lampe im Flur hing einfach aus der Mauer aber das größte Problem war der Schimmel im Schlafzimmer das Problem würde schon einige male reklamiert)der Vermieter hatt gar kein Interesse was zu tun auch die Fassade gamelt vor sich hin .Pool würde auch nur einmal geputzt.und so weiter
