Beautiful T2 apartment offering a lovely view of the sea, the beach, and the port of Sainte-Maxime, available for rent for 4 people. Located in the heart of the city center, it is on the fifth floor of a residence with an elevator, close to all amenities.   
This comfortable, fully air-conditioned 58 m² apartment is just a short distance from the beach and shops.   
It features an entrance with sleeping space for 1 children, a living room opening onto a 6 m² terrace, a very well-equipped open kitchen, a bedroom with a large bed, a shower room (with shower) and a WC, and a terrace where you can enjoy meals while taking in the view. East/West exposure. Air conditioning. WIFI.   
Closed communal parking in front of the building. Furnished apartment rating: 2\*\*.   
Pets are not allowed unless authorized in advance.   
Linen is optional (number of people to be specified).   
Final cleaning is extra at the price of €50\.
