The SOLAZUR villa is located in Sainte Maxime, 250m from the pretty supervised beach of La Garonnette, the easternmost beach of the Saint Tropez peninsula. Fine sand, turquoise water, a few rocks to fish for small crabs and a beach restaurant. Port and shops are only 700m away, so you can do everything on foot or by bike. The villa is located in a quiet area at the end of a dead end. Many nautical activities at the port. Many bus connections, the stop is a 5-minute walk away. Link to Saint Tropez in 30 minutes via the regular shuttle lines of the Bateaux Verts from June to September to the port of Les Issambres, access 10 minutes on foot. THE EXTERIOR: The villa has a magnificent garden of 1200m2 with a 180° sea view, century-old umbrella pines, cypresses, cacti, mimosas... enjoy the garden. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning and ice maker is plentiful (IYKYK). Most impressive - this home is a 1 block walk to club 44 which was our favorite beach and lunch spot. We did ferry to St Tropez - but in hindsight I wouldn’t leave at Maxine. Exceeded even! Excellent quality throughout, well equipped, super comfortable, stylish and immaculately clean.Communication and directions from the property manager were spot on so it was easy to find and parking was also easy which isn’t always the case at villas on the Côte d’Azur! We were met by the friendly and helpful property manager, Barbara, who showed us around and was available throughout our stay to answer any questions. We particularly enjoyed the pool area which spills off from the kitchen and offers beautiful views towards the sea and excellent areas for lounging and dining.We only used one of the bedrooms; the bed was super comfortable. Bathrooms were modern and immaculate - as was the general decor throughout the property. It’s clearly a well loved home with great attention to detail. The location was great as we could walk to a number of bars/restaurants & even a supermarket. Belles prestations, literie top, presque tout est neuf. Plage à 200m, grande piscine où l’on peut nager avec la vue mer. Grande cuisine moderne vue mer. Pratique le Spar accesible à pied. Au calme, au bout d’une petite impasse. La piscine est très grande avec une superbe vue mer. La villa est rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, la cuisine toute neuve est top. Accueil très sympathique, Barbara et Marie-Laure prennent soin de leurs premiers locataires. Cela donne envie de revenir !
