The accommodation comprises \- 28 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area \- A fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, espresso and Italian coffee makers... \- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and safe \- Shower room \- A separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
