Esprit du Sud Esterel

Villa in Sainte Maxime, nicely renovated with a private heated pool. The ideal holiday home if you like to do everything on foot or by bike. There is a beautiful sea view and the house is 100 m from 'Reine Jeanne', the beach of La Nartelle in Sainte-Maxime. The house has a private gate and parking for 3 cars. also a garden house for bicycles that can be locked. The private pool is heated from 1 March to 30 October. Top location!

Unusable pool

The main reason we rented this property was because it was advertised as having a heated pool. Unfortunately by day 1 the electric pool cover would not open rendering the pool unusable. The pool guy eventually came and told us that he'd already been out several times with previous guests and a new motor was needed.... unfortunately this hadn't been done resulting in hassle and disappointment for us. Aside from this, the property has the feel of being done on the cheap. The coffee machine float keeps getting stuck, m, the tumble dryer smelt like it was going to go on fire, the plates are chipped. It could be a nice property with a little investment. Of note all the previous reviews are from 'Christophe' the property manager. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms are small. You can walk to a nice beach but there are no shops within walking distance and only 1 or 2 restaurants. It is a residential area.

Très belle villa

La villa est trés agréable, propre et trés fonctionnelle et les jardins et la piscine sont magnifiques et très bien entretenus, nous avons pu profiter autant de l'intérieur que de l'extérieur. La villa est trés bien placée proche de toutes les commodités, petits commerces et des centres d'attractions. Nous reviendrons certainement l'année prochaine!
