The accommodation offers a main bedroom (180 cm bed / built-in wardrobe / two bedside tables / one chest of drawers) / a second bedroom (160 cm bed / storage / bedside table) / a shower room with single basin, separate toilet / Kitchen area (oven / microwave / dishwasher / washing machine / fridge-freezer / electric hob / extractor hood / storage) / Living room with corner sofa, wall-mounted TV / dining area (table, 4 chairs) spread over two levels (not wheelchair accessible) / Electric shutters and sliding bay windows / entrance closet / Wifi / fully air-conditioned (except currently one defective split unit in bedroom, replaced by a fan) / Elevator / Free secure parking in the residence / Bed linen and towels provided / The highlight of this property is its unique and exceptional location / close to the town center and shops (8 minutes on foot) / Direct beach access, just cross the coastal road / Bakery - Snack bar at the bottom of the building. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans ce logement. La vue sur le golfe est magnifique et se lever avec ce panorama est juste magique. On ne s’en lasse pas!L’appartement est tout comfort, prestations haut de gamme et Florence nous a accueilli très chaleureusement encore merci à elle !

Wir sind so begeistert von der Wohnung das wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Es war alles wie vorher beschrieben, oder auf den Fotos dargestellt. Sehr sauber ,super Blick aufs Meer und die ganze Bucht .Konnten jeden Morgen einen wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang genießen …Florence und Ugo waren sehr freundliche , nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.Herrlich ….Liebe Grüße Stefanie und Andreas

De tous nos hébergements, celui-ci nous a laissé le plus beau des souvenirs. Tout est exactement comme décrit sur l’annonce et les photos parlent d’elles même. Cet appartement est tout simplement sublime de par sa vue imprenable et à couper le souffle sur le golfe de St Tropez et la réelle impression d’être sur l’eau. La décoration très choisie et tendance apporte un coté chaleureux et cosy et un confort qui nous donne le sentiment d’être comme à la maison. De chaque pièce nous avions tous les jours le privilège de profiter d’un lever et d’un coucher de soleil, moment fabuleux. La terrasse très grande et spacieuse avec ses transats, son coin repas et cette vue exceptionnelle, nous a permis d’assister à quelques mètres à peine d’un magnifique feu d’artifice sur l’eau. Tout au long du séjour nous avons pu laisser la voiture sur le parking sécurisé du fait de la situation de cet appartement à quelques minutes à pied des plages et du centre-ville. Pour conclure, un grand merci et une pensée toute particulière pour Florence, une hôtesse exceptionnelle dont l’accueil si chaleureux n’a eu d’égal que sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance. Sa priorité y compris la propreté irréprochable de l’appartement était notre bien-être et Florence y a mis tout son cœur avec des attentions plus charmantes les unes que les autres. Florence reste pour nous une très très belle rencontre et le départ fut difficile mais nous reviendrons sans aucun doute dans cet appartement d’exception.
