For a holiday, beautiful villa with a swimming pool and stunning sea view for rent for 8 people in the residential area of Sémaphore in Sainte-Maxime. Close to the town center, the villa consists on the main level of a lovely living room with a dining and lounge area opening onto a terrace facing the sea, an open kitchen, and 2 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and toilets. The upstairs bedroom has a full bathroom and a large private terrace. The garden level bedroom has a private shower room with toilets. Air conditioning in all bedrooms.
Infinity pool 10 x 5 m facing the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Boulodrome. Plancha. The location of this house is ideal.
Pets are not allowed.
Household linen is optional (number of people to specify).
Final cleaning is extra at €150.
The security deposit to be paid upon arrival is €2000.
