For the holidays, a high-standard apartment facing the beach available for rent for 4 to 5 people in the town center of Sainte-Maxime.   
This beautiful apartment with sea views is south-southeast facing and consists of a living room opening onto a balcony, an open kitchen, two bedrooms with large storage, a bathroom (bathtub), and separate toilets.   
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and beautifully furnished. It is in perfect general condition and comes with an open garage box 5.48x2.43M - Height 2M.   
Furnished rating: 4\*\*\*\*   
Pets are allowed if they are well-behaved and clean.   
Linen is optional (number of people to specify).   
Final cleaning is extra at a price of €60\.   
A deposit of €1000 is required upon arrival.   
Tourist taxes are additional (amount varies depending on the duration, rental price, and the number of people over 18 occupying the accommodation).
