Holiday Home 'Des Caves' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Halfway between the Beauval Zoo, Futuroscope, and the Loire castles, this independent air-conditioned 26 m² holiday home for 2 people promises you a successful stay in Indre-et-Loire. Its location offers you a wide range of sites to visit and invites you to relaxing moments. All shops are within walking distance.



This independent holiday home, accessible via an external staircase, includes:

- a fully equipped 8 m² kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, etc.)

- a bedroom (160x200 bed), 2-person sofa, TV, WIFI

- a bathroom (washing machine)

- separate WC



Private terrace with barbecue.



Heated outdoor pool (9 x 4 m) to be shared with two other holiday homes (for 4 and 6 people). Private sun loungers for each accommodation.



You can book, for an extra fee, a private spa and/or sauna session for two in the wellness area, to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance and subject to availability (details on request).

Pros: Très bon accueil de notre hôte Christelle, aimable, souriante, disponible et attentionnée, elle fait tout pour que ses invités passent un excellent séjour et c'est parfaitement réussi, un grand merci à elle ! Le gîte est dans un cadre bucolique, reposant, aucune nuisance sonore, les nuits sont reposantes, la literie confortable et les lieux propres. La cerise sur le gâteau : le spa pour passer un moment de pure détente, on en ressort zen et relaxé. C'était parfait !
