The villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people maximum. The ground floor of the villa includes a garage, a front yard, a shower room, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bedroom with 1 bunk bed (2 90 cm beds). These two bedrooms overlook a small veranda in which 2 closets serve as a dressing room for each of the bedrooms. After enjoying the idleness by the beach, the "sportsmen" will have the opportunity to be able to practice a little sport on the veranda or an exercise bike is provided to you. The veranda overlooks both a small fitted summer kitchen and a small tiled backyard (about 8 m²) surrounded by a small landscaped garden with flowers where table and chairs will allow you to take your meals outside. All has been as per discription and even better. Appartment is just few steps from nice sandy beach. Very often we had an impression, that this was our private beach, because there were not so many people. There are nice places of interests and restaurants in the area. Appartment fully equipped with all you can need during vacations. Air conditioners look new and serviced. Nice view from dining area, also some space with grill outside to spend nice time if it is not very hot. Well, the rest you need to see by yourselves. It was well described, impeccably clean and contained all of the essentials for a lovely holiday in a wonderful part of France. Three bedrooms: double on the first floor, a double on the ground floor, and a pair of bunks. There's a main kitchen on the first floor, where the main salon is, and a "summer kitchen" next to the ground floor back patio which is very handy. Both bathrooms come with showers with a good pressure. Aircon upstairs and down: perfectly effective.The sea is just a couple of minutes walk away, and there are three or four nice coffee shops and restaurants directly next to the beach.The town of St. Marie is well supplied with restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets so there's no need to go far for everything needed. There are regular local and regional buses if you don't want to drive but good parking at the property if you do. ##### Richard W. Das Haus ist super-sauber und toll eingerichtet. Es gibt alles, was man braucht, vor allem in der Küche. In der Garage konnten wir alle Strandsachen abstellen und mussten diese nicht mit ins Haus nehmen. Vom Haus aus erreicht man den sauberen Strand in circa 3 Gehminuten, einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen mit Bäcker erreicht man in unter 2 Minuten. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war wunderbar in St. Marie la Mer. Eine hübsche kleine Gemeinde am Meer. Hier lebt es sich ruhig, aber es ist trotzdem viel los. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Man ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuss am Strand. Das Haus mit Gärtchen und Balkon ist sehr komfortabel, hübsch und wohnlich. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Als wir kamen waren Innenbereiche und Aussenbereiche sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut und komplett eingerichtet. Man kann hervorragend kochen. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe geben sie hilfreiche Tipps. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für alles, liebe Sandrine. Julia, Ralph, Philip und Finn. Ma famille et moi avons passé de super vacances pendant trois semaines. C'était merveilleux à St. Marie la Mer. Une jolie petite commune au bord de la mer. On y vit au calme, mais il y a quand même beaucoup d'activités. L'emplacement de la maison est parfait. On est à la plage en 3 minutes à pied. La maison avec son petit jardin et son balcon est très confortable, jolie et agréable à vivre. Tout est très bien entretenu. À notre arrivée, l'intérieur et l'extérieur étaient très propres. La cuisine est bien équipée et complète. On peut très bien cuisiner. Dans l'ensemble, la maison est aménagée avec beaucoup de soin. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et toujours prêts à aider. A l’arrivée nous avons eu un bel accueil de la propriétaire. Nous découvrons une magnifique maison au bord de mer(100m) . A noté que chaque pièces est entièrement équipées pour notre confort . Un petit parking en face de la maison est très utile pour les amis de passage. Nous recommandons fortement cette location ##### Ketty T. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Petit bémol concernant le patio, pas très acessible puisqu'il fallait traverser les chambres des enfants ( qui dormaient ) pour y prendre éventuellement un petit déjeuner... En plus des jeux, de la documentation sur les activités et choses à voir auraient été très appréciée. Bon accueil de Sandrine. ##### CINDY G. Maison spacieuse, lumineuse, aménagée et décorée avec soin. Conforme au descriptif. Les nombreuses fenêtres permettent de bien ventiler mais la climatisation est fort appréciable. Tout est pensé pour faciliter la vie des vacanciers. La propriétaire est accueillante et arrangeante. La plage est à quelques minutes à pied, ce qui permet une totale autonomie. ##### Nathalie B. Es ist hervorragend ausgestattet, alle Geräte und auch das Internet funktionierten einwandfrei. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Ein wenig ungünstig war für uns, dass der Zugang zur kleinen Gartenterrasse durch die Schlafzimmer führt, in denen unsere Kinder schliefen. Wir sind dann lieber oben auf dem Balkon geblieben, auf den man von der Küche aus gelangt. Der Balkon ist aber klein und man sitzt auf Metallhockern. Es liegt einfach daran, dass die Küche oben ist. Zwar gibt es auch unten an der Terrasse eine zweite kleine Küche, die aber nicht geeignet ist, um für 5 Personen zu kochen. Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt, der Strand ist nah und schön, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war gut, wir konnten sie jederzeit erreichen. Eine Kleinigkeit muss noch erwähnt werden: überall im Haus sind Duftkerzen und Stäbchen verteilt. Wir haben sie alle in einen Schrank gestellt, weil das einfach zu viel war. ##### susanne s. Alles ist reichlich vorhanden, selbst Dinge, die man nicht unbedingt in einem Ferienhaus erwartet wie Raclette- oder Fondue-Set stehen zur Verfügung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In dem kleinem Garten im Innenhof wachsen Tomaten, Himbeeren und Kräuter, die wir ernten durften.
