We have kept the soul of the place and its "family home" spirit. <br>The Art Deco decoration: the marble fireplaces, the concrete tile floors painted in the mass, with different and unique patterns in each room, the artistically enhanced wallpapers, are all original. Rare and exceptional. <br>The House offers large spaces, ceiling height of 3 m, freshness, comfort and relaxation in all seasons. Under the largest and oldest willow tree on the property, sun loungers and hammock-swings await you. From July to August, a large above-ground swimming pool is at your disposal. The village beach is only 3 km away, 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bike. The car parks are spacious and free of charge and the village of Sainte Marie, as well as the whole region, offers many cycle paths.
