The ground floor welcomes you with a warm and inviting living room featuring beautiful Scandinavian-style furnishings, which flows seamlessly into an open kitchen fully equipped for your culinary needs. From the living area, you have direct access to the garden, extending your living space outdoors. The upper floor hosts 2 bedrooms along with 1 shower room with WC. The first bedroom contains 2 beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom offers 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Additionally, a gallery area on the upper floor provides a flexible sleeping space with 1 bed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. It is worth noting that some sleeping areas, including the gallery, are situated in open-plan spaces rather than enclosed rooms, and the bed layout is flexible. While the property offers more sleeping options than the maximum occupancy allows, the limit of 4 guests must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
