Sleeps 12 to 14. All our villas on Sea and Mountain Pleasure We rent the villa for 12 people, with indoor and outdoor tables for 12 guests. However, we have 14 beds and we can rent the villa for 14 people if there are small children. This 350m² family home, private, combines the charm of the Ré with a contemporary style, with a landscaped garden, swimming pool, patio, private parking and garage. The villa is very well equipped inside and out and is classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation. The large 80 m² living room is bathed in light thanks to its triple exposure and its sliding doors opening directly onto the garden. \- The house is divided into two sleeping areas, with the entrance hall, living room/kitchen, laundry room, and toilet in the center. Central Space: \- Upon entering on your left, you will descend four small steps, which is part of the charm of our villa. \- You arrive in a large 80 m² living area where you will find the living room, the dining room, and an open kitchen with a very contemporary central island. Nightlife area on the left side: \- 3 spacious Suites of 25 to 30 m². \- 2 Suites: Each has a double bed (160 cm), a dressing room, a bathroom, a toilet, and direct access to the garden or an interior patio. \- 1 Suite with a double bed (160 cm) and two single beds (90 cm), a bathroom, a toilet, and a dressing room with patio access. The villa is ideally located: it's a 2-minute walk from the sea and a 5-minute bike or car ride from the charming little village of Sainte-Marie de Ré-La Noue, where you can shop for groceries and rent bikes. This seaside villa, in the charming Grenettes area, offers a unique experience. Imagine waking up to the sound of the waves, with direct access 50 meters to unspoiled beaches, ideal for morning strolls or sunny days with the family. The proximity of the ocean promises a variety of activities such as surfing and fishing, while the natural and peaceful setting ensures unforgettable moments of relaxation. A villa in this authentic corner combines comfort, privacy, and marine beauty, perfect for a rejuvenating stay, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The Île de Ré, nicknamed "Ré la Blanche" (White Ré) due to its houses with colorful shutters and immaculate walls, is a true haven of peace. Located off the Atlantic coast, it captivates with its idyllic beaches, unspoiled natural landscapes, and charming villages. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts with its countless cycle paths, it also offers a rich gastronomy, from fresh oysters to local potatoes. Two pets are allowed, with a cleaning fee of €100 per pet per stay. Heated pool is available from April 15th to June 15th and from September 15th to October 31st, at a daily rate of €50 per day for a minimum of one week.
