"The staff were so helpful and extremely friendly. They also booked a restaurant reservation for us and couldn’t have been nicer. We booked a room with sea view and balcony,room was spacious and nicely decorated and the bed was so comfortable (queen size). A couple of small issues,toilet is quite small and we had a problem with it flushing during our last night if we were staying longer I am sure it would have been fixed promptly as the staff were extremely helpful as I mentioned. Would highly recommend this hotel. Location and staff were great….."

"We had great stay. It was a bit tricky to find our way in because of the pedestrianisation of the street where it is located. Despite having booked a parking spot, we were not given instructions on how to go about passing the electric bollards until we called the hotel on our second trial. But we were then given clear directions over the phone whilst traveling which was a great help. Despite the fact that like many places in France there is barely not many restaurants open on Sundays and Mondays and so was unfortunately the restaurant of the Hotel. the only negative point was the lift does make quite a bit of noise and that there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drains. Which was spotlessly clean so must be the city drains issue. We were offered a room upgrade for our wedding anniversary stay and all staff were extremely professional and welcoming. We will definitely consider staying there again."

"We stayed for one night at this property. Great location with free parking close by. A good base for exploring La Rochelle. Would stay again but mattress not very comfortable and first hotel I have ever stayed in where they ask you to take your rubbish out yourself. It served a purpose and the bottles of water and sweets were a nice touch. "

"very nice little hotel with a pool. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. small kitchenette (fridge and kettle). The hotel is located on the outskirts of the town it is in, so it is a bit of a walk to the nearest shops etc. If travelling by bus to the island also a bit of a walk from the nearest bus stop. The staff at the hotel were helpful but unsure if they knew much about the locality as they seemed to provide the wrong information when asked if there was somewhere nearby to eat (we had arrived later due to travelling all day and was told everywhere was closed and ended up ordering a takeaway, while waiting for the takeaway which was going to take a while, we discovered another hotel down the way that had a restaurant) and if there was somewhere nearby that was showing the rugby match, they said it was the next town over, but there was somewhere in the town showing it after doing some of our own research. But overall very nice hotel. "
