The villa is located in the small village of Pinarello, a little away to be quiet. On the ground floor, it includes a large living room with an open kitchen (dishwasher, oven and electric hob), 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds and large bay window overlooking the large garden, a bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower, separate wc. The living room opens onto a large terrace and its garden furniture. The 2 bedrooms and the living room overlook a large 2000m2 garden. On the first floor is a bedroom for 2 adults, a bathroom with shower and wc.
The place is quiet since the villa is in a residence. The beach is 5 minutes walk, and 5 minutes from the village of Pinarello where there is a baker and many restaurants. For shops, Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio is 10 minutes away.
