Overall, we had a lovely family holiday and the villa was a great base for six people. The outdoor space was exactly as pictured, with a lovely pool, plenty of sun loungers and shaded seating. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bedroom air conditioning worked well, and the kitchen was spacious with a large fridge.There were, however, some disappointments. We were surprised to have to pay extra for bed linen and towels, which were quite basic (one pillow each, a duvet cover only, one bath towel per person and one hand towel between two).The biggest issue was that the air conditioning in the living area and kitchen wasn’t working when we arrived. Two fans had been provided instead, and when we asked if it would be repaired, we were told the owner wasn’t prepared to fix it as the bedroom air conditioning was considered sufficient. We booked a villa advertised with air conditioning throughout, so this was disappointing. Things do break, but the lack of willingness to repair it was the main issue.The dishwasher also broke on day three. We were told an engineer would come the next day, but no one arrived and nothing further happened, so we washed up by hand for the rest of the holiday.Overall, it’s a lovely villa with excellent outdoor space, but it feels as though maintenance has been neglected, and if something breaks during your stay, don’t expect it to be repaired.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. plenty of outdoor furniture.On the day of check in we were told the villa would not be available until 5pm, but it turned out it was ready by 4pm.The villa was well equipped with china, glasses and cutlery but the saucepans and frying pans were in a very poor condition, as were the chopping boards.These would be easy to replace.

Nice stay, but needs upgrades

We were a group of 9, and we had a nice week in this house July 2017. Its pretty much as the picture says, but somehow a bit more "worn". We had a nice dialog with the owner ahead of your stay, who nicely provided all the information we needed. We were contacted a day before our arrival to determine our arrival time. The information received ahead gave a good description of how to get there. We were shown the house by a nice man. The rooms were nice, and all airconditioned. Big windows with blinds in all bedrooms. Very nice. The kithcen appears modern, and has a coffemachine! Big plus. The outside was also nice, with sunbeds in different areas, also in the shade. It was a shower by the pool and a separate toilet and shower to use when outside, at the back of the house. Very nice and practical.The neighbourhood seemed nice and safe. So, all inn all a nice place, but there are reasons why it only gets 3 strong stars from us. These are the reasons for our evaluation; 1. Towels. Only one towel per person, and they smelled old and funny. Had to wash them before use. No small hand towels or beach towels. We had to buy beach towels. We left two of them. 2. Toilet/bathrooms. There were no handwash in either of the two indoor toilets. To wash your hands, you had to visit the bathroom afterwords. (I would also advise the owner to leave a couple of rolls of toiletpaper for the next guests(we did). We forgot to buy toilet paper at our first shopping, and there were less than halv a roll left from the last guests). 3. Kitchen. The stove only works in "grill" position. Be aware when cooking. The cutlery and dishes are very worn and some with small damages. The knives are a disaster. I would advise the owner to invest in some new "kitchen-stuff". It would also be nice to have a cloth. We left two. 4. Insects. There are lots of ants outside, be aware of food falling to the ground when eating outside. At nights there are a lot of mosquitos. The ants also got into one of the bedrooms (bunkbed). 5. Outside. We would have liked cushions for the sunbeds. Especially the wooden ones. The pool was not cleaned while we were there. The beanbag was broken. The lawn/grass was plastic. The gate to the property was out of order and did not close. 6. Bedrooms. Need new pillows. 7. Clean up some messy cabinets (e.ex. laundry room, bunkbed bedroom, kitchen). There are small upgrades that needs to be done, that will make a huge difference. Good luck :)

Wir haben das Haus im Mai mit 2 Personen für 14 Tage gebucht. Für 2 oder 4 Personen ist das Haus einfach ein Traum und man könnte ohne jeden Zweifel auch 6 Sterne vergeben. Alles ist in ausreichender Menge und Güte vorhanden. Geschirr, Besteck, Platz, Außenbereich, WiFi bin die hinterste Ecke. Die Nachbarschaft besteht ebenfalls aus ähnlichen Villen - Lärm war überhaupt kein Thema. Entspannung pur!!!!!Sollte man allerdings das Haus mit 6 oder mehr erwachsenen Personen buchen ist zu beachten, dass es nur einen normalen Haushaltskühlschrank mit kleinem Eisfach, und so gut wie keinen Stauraum zum Lagern von Vorräten gibt. Auch nicht optimal ist, dass es für 10 Schlafplätze nur 2 Toiletten gibt.Wie gesagt, für 2 Personen absolut kein Problem - und ja, ich würde das Haus so wie es ist, in jedem Urlaub mitnehmen.

Endroit proche des grandes surfaces et boulangeries dans un environnement paisible. Piscine très propre et protégée par un panneau amovible permettant sa fermeture au départ d'une clé située sur le bâtiment principal. Un havre de paix ! La maison est superbement aménagée : les chaises longues sont d une grande qualité et très nombreuses ! Le jardin, très grand, est superbe… la piscine possède un système de couverture, associé à une pompe à chaleur : l eau était entre 29/30 degrés, fin septembre ( il faisait beau mais les nuits fraîches) les grandes baies vitrées, dans toutes les pièces, apportent beaucoup de lumière et la sensation d être en communication avec les extérieur.Petit centre commercial à 5 mn ou l on trouve tout ( un plus pour l extraordinaire boulangerie)Nous n étions que deux avec notre chien mais les aménagements sont extrêmement bien penses pour les enfants .Excellent séjour. Superbe emplacement.Un petit bémol : pas de Nespresso ( indispensable à ce niveau de perfection) et batterie de cuisine hors d’âge)

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Der Pool macht sehr viel Spaß. Aufteilung der Räume sind sehr gut. Bei uns mit zwei Familien hat es toll geklappt. In der B Note gibt es leider etwas Abzüge. Die Küchen Utensilien könnten bei dem Preis besser sein. Teller und Gläser sind leider nicht immer einheitlich. Leider werden auch die Mülleimer hinterm Haus morgens zwischen 5.30 Uhr und 6.30 Uhr mit dem LKW geleert. Für Hunde ist das großzügige Grundstück sehr gut ausbruchsicher eingezäunt. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen.

Es ist nicht wirklich barrierefrei, eine Rollstuhlrampe fehlt, auch kommt man mit dem Rollstuhl in kein Badezimmer und auch auf keine Toilette.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine entre amis . La maison est très bien aménagée pour que chacun conserve son intimité . Nous avons passons un excellent séjour, la maison est parfaite pour plusieurs familles avec enfants. Les extérieurs sont bien entretenus et agréables, la piscine est bien chauffée, nous avons pu en profiter tout les jours. La maison est bien equipée (machine à glacons pour les aperos,) nous avons profité surtout de la terasse et des exterieures. Contact facile avec la dame qui se charge du check in/out. Je recommande sans hésitation le logement

Un séjour parfait 👍

Villa très agréable avec tout le nécessaire comme a la maison , la perfection rien a redire . Nous avons passé des super vacances. Le gros plus la piscine chauffée, les trois SDB , l'extérieur très bien entretenu. Cette maison est un petit paradis Estelle la propriétaire d'une gentillesse incroyable et très arrangeante. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter c'est certain . A proximité d'un supermarché u ,tabac , boulangerie, boucherie ...et bien sûr bonne localisation pour visiter le sud de la corse .

Villa de rêve

Mobilier, électro ménager... l'équipement de la maison est complet et de très bonne qualité. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits très confortables. Des pastilles pour lave-vaisselle et le lave-linge, 2 sèche-cheveux, 2 étendoirs, du charbon de bois et allume barbecue, une riche bibliothèque, des jeux de sociétés, terrain de pétanque et boules, table de ping-pong avec balles et 4 raquettes, etc... tout est à disposition. Mis à part une cloche pour le micro-ondes, rien ne manque. La piscine est très bien chauffée, c'est très agréable en fin d'été. Dommage que le pisciniste, qui n'a pas pu effectuer le nettoyage de la piscine parce que les vacanciers précédent lui ont refusé l'accès pendant leur séjour, ne soit intervenu que 5 jours après notre arrivée. Les marches et les contours étaient un peu jaunâtre. Problème avec le fonctionnement de la télé mais la propriétaire tout comme Nicole étaient facilement joignables et aimables et le technicien a pris le temps nécessaire pour résoudre le disfonctionnement. Attention à la robinetterie des douches qui est grippée et très difficile à tourner et l'eau qui est brûlante (risque de brûlure). Petite suggestion : Un dépose bagages à disposition après le départ des vacanciers précédent, en attendant de pouvoir accéder à la propriété serait un plus très appréciable.

Wir verbrachten im September 2023 2 herrliche Wochen in diesem wundervollen Haus. Wir haben es aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen gebucht und können uns nur anschließen! Die Beschreibung und die Fotos auf der Webseite entsprechen zu 100% der Wirklichkeit. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war problemlos sowie die Betreuung vor Ort. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen in einer kleinen Siedlung , jedoch sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants und Traumstrände umgehend erreichbar. Wir würden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Vacances en famille

Maison très confortable et spacieuse, même si nous avons passé la majeure partie de notre temps à l'extérieur, qui est parfait pour des vacances en Corse. Literie confortable, clim dans les chambres. Tout petit bémol sur les robinetteries des douches qui sont très difficiles à manipuler. Très bons échanges avec Estelle la propriétaire !

Relation client à améliorer

Maison très agréable dans un petit lotissement calme. Seul bémol, nous avons eu une piscine verte presque toute la semaine. Une indemnisation (dont nous ne connaissons pas le montant) nous a été promise si nous publions un avis en nous rappelant que nous serions nous-mêmes évalués. La relation client n’est pas le point fort…. Dommage.

Top verblijf

Voor ons 25 jarig huwelijk met het hele gezin een week verbleven. Het is een ruim huis die gericht is op buiten. Het zwembad is erg groot en werd tijdens ons verblijf schoongemaakt. Inchecken was super de communicatie vooraf was erg duidelijk. Wij raden zeker mensen aan om hier te verblijven. Het enige minpunt vonden we dat binnen niet op 10 persoons gericht is qua zitplekken. Maar door het mooie weer hebben we ons prima gered.

Très belles prestations, bien équipée, bien située dans un lotissement avec barrière et code et idéal pour rayonner,(visites) Beau cadre extérieur pour s'y reposer et laisser les enfants jouer, ping-pong, pétanque, et grande piscine très agréable après des visites. Accueil agréable.

Super séjour avec une magnifique villa la piscine chauffée au top avec la sécurité pour les enfants ! Super emplacement franchement rien à dire nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!!
