Located in one of the most beautiful holiday villages in Martinique on the "Pointe Philippeau", the Ti Paradise studio has a magnificent sea view of the diamond and the swimming pool. It gives direct access to a white sandy beach.<br>This studio of about 23m² and a terrace of 9m² can accommodate up to 3 people. It is located on the second floor of the Saint Lucia Building<br>The residence is located in Sainte Luce, 20km from the airport, 7 minutes from the Plantation Trois Rivières, 30 minutes from Anses d'Arlet and the Habitation Clément...<br><br>The accommodation<br><br>⚠️From 1 Septemberst to October 10th, the swimming pool is inaccessible for renovations, we offer you advantageous⚠️ rates<br><br>The studio is air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 3 people. It is located in the heart of the village. You will have a terrace with an outdoor kitchen of 9 m².<br>Its positioning in front of the sea and the pool makes it ideal for couples or families with children.<br>The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary elements for a good stay: a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a combi oven (microwave, grill, fan), a kettle, a Nespresso machine, a coffee maker, a toaster, hobs.<br>A laundromat and a mini-market (souvenirs, food, etc.) are also available in the same building.<br><br>Traveller access<br><br>You benefit from the LoisiPASS which offers you all the advantages of the residence, namely access to the beach, the swimming pool, the petanque, tennis and basketball courts, the ping-pong tables (loan of rackets included) ...<br>The residence has two restaurants with Caribbean flavours, a snack bar by the pool (very affordable prices) as well as a snack bar "Le Ti Case" open in the evening offering dishes, pizzas, desserts to take away.<br>Throughout your stay, you will be offered various activities and festive evenings.<br>You will also have at your disposal:<br>- A "Jet Adventure" excursion office offering outings and activities (excursion to discover turtles and dolphins, jet ski, fly board, etc.)<br>- A diving centre "Kariba diving" which offers diving trips around diamonds, baptisms or PADI and FFESSM training.<br>Parents can drop their children off at the residence's club to enjoy solo moments with peace of mind. The children's club (for a fee) welcomes children from 3 to 11 years old.<br>We also provide for your outings, a cooler with ice packs, Tupperware, plastic flutes, corkscrews...<br><br>Other remarks<br><br>Finally, you will benefit from telephone assistance and intervention in case of problems throughout your stay via our private concierge service.<br><br>The LoisiPASS (bracelets) to access free activities and entertainment is provided free of charge.
