It is a furnished, equipped, air-conditioned Studio located in a very quiet area bordered by the Caribbean Sea.
Your vacation rental is nestled in a secure residence, surrounded by a garden with swimming pool and carbet.
Ideally located 3 minutes' walk from magnificent beaches, you will have plenty of time to enjoy splendid landscapes along the coastal path and the health trail.

Super séjour à Sainte luce

A deux pas de l'anse Mabouya pour des couchers de soleil fabuleux et une belle découverte du Sud de l'île. Super bien placé pour découvrir en étoile toutes les plages et anses paradisiaques. Un super accueil de Pierre avec des échanges très chaleureux. A recommander.La résidence est au calme

Pierre est charmant, réactif, attentionné. Le studio est propre, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. La plage de l'anse Mabouya est à 5 mn à pied, une vraie aubaine. La résidence est très calme. Merci Pierre

Pierre, le propriétaire est très agréable et attentionné : contacts et rdv pour entrer dans l’appartement très faciles. Et nous avons partagé ensemble un moment très sympathique autour d’un apéro que Pierre avait préparé (planteur, accras, petites préparations à tartiner). Il nous avait laissé aussi une douzaine d’oeufs Le lendemain de notre arrivée ! Studio calme, au 1er étage, plutôt bien équipé (climatisation, TV, wifi, lave-linge, table et fer à repasser, sèche-cheveux) avec draps et serviettes de toilette à disposition. Bonne literie. Pierre a prévu d’ameliorer la salle de bain prochainement. Résidence sécurisée (portail et code), avec piscine privée chauffée à 27deg (!) et avec parking suffisamment grand. Emplacement idéal : à proximité de la plage de l’anse Mabouya (installé sur la plage en moins de 5 minutes à pieds !), et proche du petit bouts de Sainte-Luce (petit bourg avec ambiance sympa).

Un excellent séjour dans une propriété très bien entretenue ! Une piscine face au rocher du Diamant. Et deux plages tout près, une très calme, l’autre un peu plus houleuse. On choisit en fonction de l’humeur ! Top! Un accueil chaleureux par Pierre avec accras maison et punch !

Studio idéal pour 2 personnes, dans résidence au calme et vraiment toute proche d'une belle plage et super bien située pour visiter l'ile Un petit relooking à la salle de bain serait l'idéal. Notre hôte a été très accueillant, toujours à notre écoute et très arrangeant malgré l'heure tardive de notre arrivée. En conclusion le jour où nous retournons en Martinique nous sommes prêts à y séjourner
