House Le Cachiman
Located 10 minutes from the market town of Sainte-Luce, one of the most beautiful towns in the south of Martinique, and a few steps from Désert beach, is: Le Cachiman.
Completely renovated, this F4 on the ground floor of an old villa with sea view, can easily accommodate 6 people. Composed of 3 air-conditioned and carefully decorated bedrooms, a large living room with a dining table, a living room, a large fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, this apartment has a large garden where a rare tree promotes this fruit called Cachiman (hence the name of the villa).
Less than 5 minutes away, cross the departmental road, take a small path and dive into the deep blue of Désert beach (name of the name of the district).
So take your plane tickets quickly, don't worry about anything, linens are provided. Just collect your bath sheets, your tanning oil and come and join us. We will be happy to receive you around a Ti punch as we know how to do it.

la maison est ancienne mais l'intérieur est fonctionnel et la climatisation efficace dans les trois chambres. on peut regretter toutefois que le wc soit dans la salle de bain. ce qui est gênant lorsque celle-ci est occupée. Les lits sont très confortables mais pas la banquette du salon dont l'assise est très dure.
l'équipement de la cuisine est complet et en parfait état de fonctionnement.
A noter la gentillesse du propriétaire, Maurice, qui s'est efforcé de nous faciliter notre séjour.
Location idéale pour 6 personnes adultes.
Idéalement situé à Sainte Luce pour rayonner partout. Logement spacieux très bien équipé y compris pour la page (parasol, rabane,glacière....).
Transat dans le jardin et table ombragée.
Clim partout.
Calme
Panne d'eau et de wifi pendant le séjour mais sans gravité.
Hôte très disponible et accueillant.
L’extérieur va être amélioré avec la construction d'une terrasse ce qui sera encore mieux.
Accès à la plage en moins de 5 minutes à pied.
