Il est agrĂ©able, bien Ă©quipĂ© et donne sur le jardin de la maison qui est très bien entretenu. Seul petit inconvĂ©nient, les 2 chambres sont en enfilade. Il est par ailleurs facile d’accès, Ă  proximitĂ© des plages et du centre-ville (environ 700 m). Le F3 est bien situĂ©. Petit bĂ©mol concernant la location est l'agencement des pièces qui n'est pas prĂ©cisĂ© dans l'annonce, il n'y a pas d'intimitĂ© entre les 2 chambres (il faut traverser une chambre pour passer dans l'autre, chambre en enfilade entre la cuisine et la vĂ©randa), le passage de la cuisine Ă  la vĂ©randa se fait en traversant les deux chambres. Les pièces sont en enfilades, il faut passer de la cuisine( qui est Ă  3mètres en dessous de la rue)pour passer dans la 1ère chambre qui donne accès dans la SdB ensuite seconde chambre et ensuite la terrasse ,les repas sont pris sur la terrasse donc cheminer de la cuisine et traverser les 2 pièces.Pour le petit dĂ©jeuner il faut ĂŞtre syncro pour le rĂ©veil car l'accès Ă  la cuisine se fait par la 1ère chambre... Pour le bruit, le logement est au dessus de la rocade et du rond point d'accès Ă  la rĂ©sidence. Accès aux plages Ă  pieds environ 500/600mètres et traverser cette fameuse rocade.
