Attic floor converted under the slope with 2 single beds 80x190 cm under the mansards. Total floor area: 100 m² including the attic areas. Ski room on the 1st floor (or access on the same level from the outside). Shared and closed bicycle room on the ground floor. Luxury residence comprising 30 apartments located in Ste Foy Tarentaise, a typical village with narrow streets and traditional architecture. On-site restaurant and small grocery store. Other shops are located in Séez (9 km) or Bourg St Maurice (11 km). Comfortable apartment with all-inclusive services, with a terrace enjoying a beautiful unobstructed view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. Pétanque area set up by the municipality opposite the residence, charging station for electric bicycles.
