- Casa Rico is a beautiful modern house of 130m², in a quiet area north of Mimizan, in the town of Ste Eulalie, located on the edge of the forest and close to the beaches.
It offers 3 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, separate toilets, a beautiful kitchen and a large living room with fireplace. Wireless.
The different terraces allow you to choose the exposure you prefer, shade or sun, to make the most of moments of relaxation in front of the garden or the forest.
The very large private garden is completely fenced. It is decorated with a large private pétanque court. A basketball board and a weight bench will also delight the most athletic.
