My wife is in a wheelchair, and the morning after we arrived Raymond had installed a ramp so that the wheelchair could be pushed easily up the 2 steps (Thank you Raymond!). "Pros: a very basic room, comfortable and clean. Quite. Close to many dining options and shopping. Good breakfast. Easy check out. Friendly staff Cons: no onsite parking- some on street parking and parking garage nearby (decent price). really wasn't too bad -there was no one at the desk for check-in, it seemed odd. we had received an e-mail with the door code to get in the building and our key was in the room. It worked out fine, but just seemed weird "
