We welcome you to a 25 m² air-conditioned wooden chalet with a 12 m² covered terrace. The chalet is located 5 km from Mareuil en Périgord, 25 km from Brantôme en Périgord, and 35 km from Angoulême and its TGV station. The accommodation offers a mezzanine bedroom (140x190 cm bed made on arrival), a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and a WC separated by a partition. The living room features a TV, sofa, cabinet with dishes, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, and kettle. A summer kitchen with a 2-burner electric hob, sink, and refrigerator is set up on the covered terrace. A barbecue is also available. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. They are both hunters. I know this is not everyone's cup of tea, but a lot of people from that generation in rural France do like hunting, fishing, fetching mushrooms. There are woodlands all around the karting circuit. My dad and his friend have built some platforms in the trees, and from mid-October to mid-November they go there every morning to shoot migrating birds.
