schöne Unterkunft und sehr nette und freundliche Vermieterin

wir wurden sehr herzlich von Anik empfangen, sie hat uns zum Glück von einem vereinbarten Treffpunkt abgeholt, wir hätten es sonst nie gefunden, die Unterkunft ist ausserhalb von Saint-Anne, sehr schön in den Hügeln gelegen, am Eingangstor hat man sogar Meerblick, es gibt einen großen Schlafraum, ein kleines Vorzimmer, eine Küchenecke und ein leider sehr enges Bad, in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht, an das kleine Bad muss man sich gewöhnen, auch die große Terrasse und der große Garten sind toll, ein wunderbarer Frühstücksplatz, Anik ist sehr, sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit und war stets um unser Wohl bemüht, ganz toll und lecker fanden wir auch den Willkommens-Snack am Ankunftsabend und das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen, ein Auto ist unbedingt empfehlenswert und notwendig, sonst geht gar nichts, es gibt keine öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Anik und einen tollen Urlaub, ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr weiter empfehlen, es hat Spaß gemacht

Calme et sérénité à St Anne

Nouveau séjour en Guadeloupe à St Anne cette fois. Nous avons découvert le petit nid fleuri de Anick et Patrick. Propreté, calme et accueil parfait. Ils nous ont très bien conseillé et donné la possibilité de découvrir plein d'endroits inconnus et initiés à la découverte des plantes et fleurs de Guadeloupe. Bref, c'est un endroit à recommander sans réserve si vous cherchez le calme et voulez découvrir la beauté de la Guadeloupe. Merci à vous deux.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé notre séjour dans ce magnifique studio. Le logement était propre et très bien entretenu. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la décoration et le côté cocooning. Il y avait tout à notre disposition pour s'y sentir à l'aise (chambre lit double, frigidaire, TV, terrasse, jardin, jacuzzi...). Nous avons aussi eu la chance de goûter aux délicieux plats préparés par la maison. Tout au long de notre séjour nous avons pu demander conseil à Anick et Patrick pour connaître les bons plans et surtout les endroits à ne pas rater! Grâce à eux nous avons pu découvrir de magnifiques endroits comme les plages et les marchés de Sainte-Anne, la Pointes des Châteaux, Les Saintes, Saint-François (où nous avons fait une balade en buggy)... Je remercie vraiment Anick et Patrick pour l'accueil, leur gentillesse et le confort qu'ils ont pu nous offrir durant notre séjour!

Proprio super sympa et serviable mais nous n'avons pas eu le logement que nous avions réservé ...

Je suis un peu confus sur ce commentaire car la proprio était d'une extrême gentillesse mais en même temps je n'ai pas été placé dans le logement que j'avais réservé ... En effet nous avions réservé un hébergement chez l'habitant à la campagne au calme, avec un jacuzzi à disposition, des fruits frais du jardin, ect… Au final nous n’avons pas apprécié le fait qu’on nous donne un autre logement que celui réservé sans même nous avertir par avance et nous demandé notre accord, alors que nous avions réservé plus d’un mois avant notre départ donc il avait le temps matériel de nous informer que notre logement avait été loué deux fois et qu’il n’était plus disponible. La proprio est très gentil car elle pensait nous faire plaisir en nous « surclassant » et en nous donnant un logement proche de la plage et en plein centre ville. Cependant si j’avais voulu un logement en plein centre avec la circulation ect j’aurais réservé ce logement mais nous recherchions plutôt de la campagne et du calme. De plus le studio est certes bien placé, mais la fenêtre du studio donne directement face à un mur donc ce n'est pas très agréable quand on se réveille le matin surtout que quand on part en Guadeloupe c’est pour rêver et non avoir un mur en face au réveil ou avoir 30 min de circulation tout les matins ne serait ce que pour sortir de Saint anne. En bref proprio très sympa ET serviable mais nous n’avons pas apprécié ne pas avoir le logement demandé et sans même nous avoir demandé notre accord. Surtout que nous avons été placé dans l’appart sans aucune explication et c’est moi qui ai du demandé s’il n y ‘avait pas une erreur pour notre réservation … Nous nous somme sentis un peu comme pris en « otage » car en pleine période du carnaval, nous ne pouvions plus refuser le logement et le logement pour lequel nous avions payé avait été donné à d’autres personnes.

Un très agréable moment

La location est très agréable et très propre, le seul petit bémol est la salle d'eau qui est très petite. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, les propriétaires sont très disponibles et sympathiques, le diner d'accueil était excellent. La location est très calme, à l'écart de Saint Anne, à environ 7 à 8 mn de la plage. Le SPA est un plus, bien agréable en fin de journée.

Un excellent séjour avec des hôtes merveilleux

Une semaine passée chez Anick et Patrick ou comment etre accueillies comme des princesses, des bons conseils sur ce qu'il faut faire en Guadeloupe et une convivialité rare! merci infiniment pour ce moment et j'espere très vite pouvoir revenir chez vous! les Marine's!

Tres agreable!

Un super accueil, très chaleureux!! Dégustation de fruits et jus de fruits du jardin, Annick nous prépare en plus de bons petits plats locaux, délicieux!!! Bien situé a 5-7 min en voiture de Ste Anne et des plages! a recommander vivement!!!

Un petit coin de paradis

Le cadre était parfait: La maison est situé aux maudettes: Lieu plein de charme, authentique et a 5 minutes en voiture de sainte Anne. On sort des villages vacances pour être en immersion chez l habitant!! L accueil c'est très bien passé, Annick et Patrick sont d une grande gentillesse et disponible en cas de besoin. Annick nous as fait découvrir pleins de fruits et plantes locales en nous faisons visiter son jardin. La maison est aussi très jolie (typique coloniale). A dispo un magnifique espace spa jacuzzi. Je conseil vraiment cette location qui pour nous à été une véritable satisfaction!!!!!

Studio Sainte Anne très sympathique

Avec un très grand enthousiasme, je recommande ce studio pour un couple. Les photos correspondent tout à fait à la réalité des lieux : ambiance cosy, chaleureuse. La clim fonctionne, pas de problèmes d'insectes. Les propriétaires sont très très agréables, diner de bienvenue le premier jour excellent. La propriété est très bien entretenue Le seul bémol est la route un petit peu longue avant d'arriver à sainte anne (5min!) et la SDB dans la même pièce que la chambre.
