South of Grande-Terre of the island of Guadeloupe (97180), the town of Sainte-Anne is one of the three tourist towns of Guadeloupe (with the town of Gosier and the town of Saint-François) by its extraordinary climate. The town is downright turned towards tourism, but also remains an agricultural town. To visit if you go through the town of St-Anne. The gwo ka celebration in July. The municipal festival in July. The extraordinary Grands-Fonds.   
In the town, the magnificent beach of the town, one of the most beautiful on the Caribbean island with its white sand and coconut palms, or clear water degrading from blue to green, protected by a coral reef. Lagoons and coconut palms are the symbols of this agglomeration which was almost entirely destroyed during the passage of cyclone Hugo. A family beach: Bois Jollans beach. A wilder beach: Caravelle beach. • Gros sable beach (surf spot). Located in the Helleux sector, 2 km from the 500-step lodgings, the swell is strong and swimming unsupervised.  
A manoquerie at Deshautors. The mills (Gissac, Dupré), vestiges of a sugar past. In addition all the companies are available in this city as; banks, souvenir shops, Grocery stores, spice markets, sale of fresh fish directly from local fishermen, etc. At the entrance of the village, a small shopping street, by digging a little bit you will detect some accessories and shaping of local crafts.  
200 meters from the 500 steps gites, the LATCHAN shopping center where you will find (station, bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, doctor, physiotherapist ...)
