My family of 5 had an enjoyable stay at the Iguana House. Val is a wonderful host, kind, accommodating, very responsive and full of great local information. She also keeps the place in pristine condition. The kitchen was very well set up for cooking while enjoying the view. The two bedrooms with en-suite washrooms were very comfortable. We also loved the covered outdoor space to read and eat. The gardens are well cared for and great to explore. The views of the ocean are spectacular, and it is a quick walk to some trails down to a secluded beach. I would highly recommend staying at the Iguana House :D ##### Jason K. We stayed for 8 nights from 17 March to 25 March 2017 and everything was perfect again. The villa has a superb location with nice seaview and a wonderful garden with a small pool. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything one could possibly need. The beds are comfortable and the terrace is wonderful. From the location of the villa all attractions in both parts of Guadeloupe can be easily reached. Excellent beaches are just a few minutes drive away. Val is a perfect host and speaks very good English. She is very helpful to answer any questions by email ahead of the stay and has good tips about the island during the stay. Because of an airline irregularity we arrived one day early, but everything could be arranged by Val. The villa is very good value and actually costs less per night than some of the larger hotels nearby. We think that this was not our last stay. Thank you for everything Val! Très jolie maison confortable, pratique, très bien équipée, au calme et sans vis à vis. Val nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux, elle est présente, prévenante tout en étant très discrète. La piscine est assez grande pour jouer avec des enfants (les nôtres ont 10 et 7 ans), qui y ont passé des heures. Chaque pièce profite de la vue sur la mer… Le jardin est mignon, régulièrement visité par les colibris. L'emplacement géographique est idéal pour visiter l'île, proche de St-Anne tout en étant au calme. On y est aussi bien qu’à la maison ! On sera enchantés d’y retourner. D' une propreté irréprochable, la villa dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. L' accueil est très chaleureux, Val est toujours présente pour la moindre question ou pour rendre un service, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location...Que du bonheur . La Villa est très bien agencée, propre et récente alliant volumes et clarté et pour ce qui est de l'équipement, rien ne manque ni même la déco .La piscine certes de taille moyenne est tout à fait suffisante pour se rafraichir,avec un jardin richement fleuri.Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour.Autre point positif , les propriétaires sont sympathiques et très discrets .A conseiller vraiment ! ##### Michel O. Séjour délicieux dans la villa, parfaitement entretenue et très confortable, à 2 pas des plus belles plages. Très joli jardin (on y croise des iguanes!). Piscine bien agréable, notamment pour les enfants (sécurisée par filet). Valérie et "sa petite famille" sont adorables. Merci les baby-sitters! Très bon accueil, bonne localisation. Confortable à l'extérieur (vents du large) et à l'intérieur (climatisation des 2 chambres).
