### Studio Karuker’As - Aouara 1325

Looking for a change of scenery in an idyllic setting by the sea? We invite you to put down your bags at Karuker'As studios.  
Nestled on the tip of Helleux, between Sainte-Anne and Saint-François, we welcome you in this beautiful air-conditioned studio with sea view, a few meters from the beach and shared pools. With a surface area of 31m², it is equipped to accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the second floor (without elevator) in the heart of a three-star residence, it consists of a nice living room of 20 m² with a sleeping area, a sitting area, an office (for the studious), a nice bathroom and a veranda (typical veranda) of 9 m² with a fully equipped kitchen, offering a privileged view of the sea and the gardens planted with tropical species. Full equipment, wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation:  
\- A living room with a sleeping area (a king-size bed 180×200) a lounge area with a double sofa bed, a desk, a dressing area and a wardrobe.  
\- A terrace with a fully equipped kitchen: Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, dining table for 4 people.  
\- A shower room with shower and WC  
  
Activities :  
\- Thanks to the Loisipass included in the studio rental, you'll have access to the pools, services and activities included.  
  
\- Swimming pool 1: 700 m² heated swimming pool with 50 m² children's pool.  
\- Pool 2: 150 m² heated swimming pool on the heights of the residence.  
Parents are entirely responsible for their children's swimming.  
  
A wide range of daytime and evening activities are available throughout the season in the village, thanks to the Loisipass wristband (included in the price of your stay; except during the annual closure of services from 1/09/2024 to 11/10/2024).  
  
\- Sports lessons  
\- Discovery of the surrounding area, traditional games, treasure hunts, "Tell me a story" for the little ones...  
\- Animated evenings with entertainers, and children's clubs during the school holidays.  
\- Regional evenings with presentations of the region, its folklore and tasting of local produce.  
\- During your stay, you can also take advantage of the 2 beautiful beaches with deckchairs on the edge of the village, free entertainment (beach volleyball, pétanque, archery, gentle gym, Spot club for teenagers aged 12 to 17 open during the school holidays, table tennis, introductory golf, fitness, playground, etc.), the water sports centre with fly-boarding, jet skiing, kitesurfing, etc.  
\- To be paid for on site, the children's club (3 to 11 years old, open during the school holidays), wellness area (massage, yoga), water sports activities (flyboarding, kitesurfing, paddle, diving, surfing).  
  
Outside the holiday village, you can easily visit the island on a day trip from Basse terre to Grande terre.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park.  
It is advisable to hire a car to discover the island independently.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:  
\- Pointe-à-Pitre airport 30 km away  
\- Saint-François marina and ferry terminal with daily boat service to the surrounding islands (Marie-Galante, les Saintes, la Désirade).  
  
Please note:  
\- For families or groups of friends of more than 4 people, an identical adjoining studio can be rented at the same time, subject to availability.  
\- Sheets and towels included (A change of bedding is possible during your stay for stays of more than 10 days on request from the concierge. The cost of this service must be paid directly to the concierge).  
\- Free Wi-Fi available.  
\- Please note that loss of the Loisipass will incur a charge of €80 per lost wristband.  
\- Dogs and cats are welcome in the accommodation as long as they are clean and not likely to cause any damage or nuisance. However, they are absolutely forbidden to stay on the beds and sofas. A bowl is provided for them. An additional charge of €30 per stay is payable at the time of booking.  
\- The opening of communal areas is subject to the decisions of the residence.  
\- The cleaning package is compulsory: cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave your accommodation in a clean and tidy condition, wash your dishes, clean your household appliances after use and dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided outside the building before you leave.  
\- The services provided by the residence (swimming pools, catering, entertainment, etc.) will be unavailable until 12/10/23 for maintenance. Access to the beach and site security remain unchanged.  
\- For any stay of more than 6 nights, we will be delighted to welcome you with a drink.  
\- The vacation village will be closed for maintenance from early September to October 11.

#### Très beau sejour chez Gwladys

Nous avons passé 5 nuit au Village Pierre & Vacances dans le studio de Gwladys. Tout était parfait. Très fonctionnel et la terrasse face à la mer est très agréable. Super emplacement entre Sainte-Anne et Saint-François, avec accès complet à tous les services du Village P&V. Les environs sont fabuleux. Nous recommandons sans hésitation. Très bonne communication, et Gwladys a été très arreangeante sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Encore merci.
