The Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers this charming 110 m² air-conditioned house with private pool for rent in Sainte-Anne, close to the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three shower rooms and a garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
First floor:  
\- 30 m² living room with sofa and armchairs  
\- Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Bedroom 1: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite shower room, WC  
  
Second floor  
\- 30 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs  
\- Bedroom 2: with double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 3: A master suite with a double bed (140×190) and a bathroom equipped with PRM features (shower seat, toilet grab bar, etc.).  
\- Bedroom 4: with two single beds  
\- Shower room with WC  
\- Separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron.

\- A 40 m² enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
